Kofo Akinkugbe, a prize-winning graduate of Mathematics of the University of Lagos, spent 12 years in banking, first at International Merchant Bank (local affiliate of the First National Bank of Chicago) and then as a pioneer staff member of Chartered Bank. During this time, she received the British Government Chevening Scholarship to study for an MBA at the Strathclyde Graduate Business School, Scotland, UK.
Mrs. Kofo Akinkugbe is the founder of Interface Technologies (1998), SecureID Limited (2005) and SecureCard Manufacturing (2012). She currently serves as the Managing Director/CEO of SecureID Group (comprising of SecureID and SecureCard Manufacturing). SecureID is a MasterCard, VISA and Verve certified Smartcard Personalization bureau and digital technology company whilst SecureCard Manufacturing is the first polycarbonate Smartcard manufacturing plant producing high security identity cards and documents for the Banks, Telecoms and Public sectors. Mrs. Akinkugbe is a passionate and bold entrepreneur as both companies are the first of its kind in Africa.
Both companies, recognised and respected in the global Smartcard industry, provide high-end digital security solutions to organisations and governments across Africa and beyond. As a passionate and innovative real sector entrepreneur, Mrs. Akinkugbe has taken both companies through a number of strategic partnerships into the international market by attaining the most pre-requisite International certifications.
She possesses a rare combination of entrepreneurship, manufacturing & technology acumen and also sits on the board of a number of local and multinational corporate, philanthropic and humanitarian organizations.

Mr. Ajibola Fadeyi is the Financial Controller (FC) for SecureID Limited and has over 16-years of multifunctional experience in the critical areas of Financial Planning and Analysis, Treasury Management, Improving Capital Structure, Shareholder and Business Growth, Financial and Operational performance trends, devising corrective actions, reducing capital spending and orchestrating analytical tools. His deep wealth of knowledge and proficiency also spans Investment Management, Budget & Performance Reporting, Financial Reporting and Credit Control, Strategy formulation and implementation.
Mr. Fadeyi brings into the Smart Card Manufacturing and Personalization sector, an extensive and deep work experience from reputable organizations such as Metro Health HMO Limited as Chief Financial Officer (CFO); Afriland Properties as Chief Financial Officer (CFO); Law Union & Rock Insurance Plc. as Chief Finance Officer (CFO); Express Discount Limited as Chief Financial Officer (CFO); BGL Limited (Investment Banking & Asset Management) as Head, Financial Control; Industrial and General Insurance (IGI) as Group Head, Treasury and Midas Bank Plc.as Assistant Banking Officer.
Mr. Fadeyi holds degrees in Accountancy and Financial Studies. He is a valued member and Fellow of a number of professional Institutes such as a Fellow, Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN); Fellow, Institute of Credit Administration of Nigeria (ICA) and Associate, Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN).

Mr. Bami Akinlade holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mechanical Engineering and has received strategic and pivotal trainings and certifications at the highest level both in Nigeria and abroad in Information Technology, Management, Operations and Business development which include Oracle 9i DBA Track (Modules 1-3 completed); Linux Administration Training (Completed); Mikrotik Router OS Training (Completed) and he is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), a program that is duly recognized by the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA). Other strategic areas of professional development undertaken are Power Metering Vending - Implementation and Operation (Actaris Measurement and Systems, TygerValley, South Africa); Operations and Management (The can man, Sandton, South Africa) among others. He has several Projects and Unpublished Papers for the benefit of the Information Technology sector and has won several awards in the course of his career.

Until his appointment as Production Manager at SecureID Limited with responsibility for overseeing operations in the production area, Mr. Evans Agbamu had worked as a Project Engineer with Netcom Africa Limited where he exhibited exceptional managerial and operational competencies with extensive experience and focus in providing Architecture Drafting services, Implementation and Support of Information/Document Management System, Development and Measurement of Organizational KPIs, critical roles as HSE and Internal Auditor on Quality Management structures among others.
Previously, he had honed his Skills as a Project coordinator at the Virgin Trains, Birmingham, United kingdom where he was involved in corporate planning and scheduling of project requirements involving the critical task of project research, staffing and Project documentation.
His over 13-years of work experience spanned achievements which included roles as Project Manager; Corporate Retreat, Birmingham, United Kingdom where he brought his skill set to bear in the areas of Design, Maintenance and delivery of critical projects including “the SRS system,” the vital role of sourcing, negotiation and liaising with External Supply chain service providers, Developing sales and marketing strategy in synergy with the Sales team, Enhancing Excellent Customer Service through an end to end Client Management system from enquiry to system implementation and delivery, Budget planning and creation of contract strategies.
He also possesses thorough experience in production of all types of smartcards like ID cards, bank EMV cards and handling highly secured manufacturing environments required for such products.
With his thorough knowledge of the entire value chain of Smartcard and operations management, he possesses the expertise and technical knowledge to deliver effectively on critical projects in the sector, end to end.

Daniella Obatoyinbo, is the General Manager (GM), Sales & Marketing and has over 17 years of diverse experience working in reputable organisations prior to joining SecureID Limited and oversees the Sales and Marketing drive of the company.
She worked in respectable companies both within and outside the country where she gathered critical experience in areas such as Financial Reporting Analyst, Operations analyst under Investment operations, Senior Financial Analyst, Head, E-Channels & Field Support and E-Banking.

Debo Adefehinti is the Head, Customer Service for SecureID Limited and has over 15-years’ experience in the areas of core Customer Service Management, Service Quality Assurance, Client conflict resolution, Service recovery, Contact Centre Management, service measurement grids for assessment & service improvement, Customer engagement, Accounting, among others.
Her years of work experience spanned achievements which include client service management, service conflict resolution, demonstration and implementation of complex accounting software, strategically analyzing financial statements and monthly payroll, debt reduction and management expertise, customization of reports, accounting software deployment and training.
Through her constant involvement in end to end Smartcard and SIM manufacturing process, Debo has used her wealth of experience and professionalism to ensure prompt delivery of products and services to customers.
Debo holds a degree in Accounting and is an excellent communicator and a passionate result oriented personality with the requisite skills necessary for delivering on critical tasks within specified timelines and with great results.
