Flow Wrapping
The FlowWrapping method entails the production of SIM cards wrapped in BOPP film with appropriate perforation along with user guide, folded in to card size, along with any other material required. An appropriate label is provided for the pack with barcode. Standard user guide is with closed size of 50 mm X 85 mm and open size of 85 mm X 650 mm printed on100 GSM art paper in 4 colors or as per the design required by the customer, with appropriate folding.
Alternate Proposals
TheAlternate Proposal method involves SIM card along with user guide folded into card size inserted in a Paper jacket and sealed with tamper proof sticker. An appropriate label is then provided for the pack with barcode. Paper jacket will be of 62 mm X 92 mm closed size and 62 mm X 200 mm open size in 300 GSM board with design printed in 4x4 color.
